BB fertilizer production line

The BB fertilizer production line is a kind of equipment that takes chicken and pig manure as the main raw materials, adds a certain amount of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, potassium fertilizer, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate and other substances, and ferments rice bran, yeast, soybean meal and sugar for a certain period of time as biological bacteria. Under the action of sulfuric acid, it is mixed and fermented to produce biological fertilizer.

The production capacity of a single BB fertilizer production line should be 1 to 10 tons per hour. If it is too small, it will not reach the economic scale; if it is too large, it will increase the difficulty of transporting and storing raw materials and finished products.

Process Introduction:

The main process is to ferment and decompose the organic matter mixture, add trace elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as required by the formula, and then crush it. The mixture is stirred in a mixer. After thorough stirring, the material is screened and the finished particles are sent to the finished product silo for packaging and storage. The organic fertilizer made is brown or grayish-brown powder in appearance, free of mechanical impurities and odorless.

Performance characteristics:

Fully automatic. It is composed of three parts: the automatic batching system, the mixing system and the quantitative packaging machine. It is computer-controlled and features fully automated production. It has greatly reduced the number of staff and lowered the labor intensity.

2. High precision. The batching system is computer-controlled and electronically weighed, strictly controlling the proportion. The error of various ingredients after electronic quantitative packaging is less than one thousandth.

3. Large output. The designed output is 8 to 30 tons per hour, and there are three specifications to choose from. This fully resolves the contradiction of BB fertilizer’s strong seasonality and concentrated demand for materials.
