Description

The process flow of a compound fertilizer production line can generally be divided into: raw material batching, raw material mixing, raw material granulation, granule drying, granule cooling, granule classification, finished product coating, and finally finished product packaging.

Performance characteristics

Low investment, quick returns and good economic benefits. The process layout of the complete set of equipment is compact, scientific and reasonable, and technologically advanced. Energy conservation and consumption reduction, no waste discharge, stable operation, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. It has a wide range of raw material adaptability and is suitable for granulation of various raw materials such as compound fertilizers, medicine, chemicals, and feed, with a high granulation rate. It can produce compound fertilizers of various concentrations and multiple types (including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, bio-fertilizer, magnetic fertilizer, etc.).

Technological process

1. Raw material ingredients:

Urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, common calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials are prepared in a certain proportion (according to market demand and soil test results in various regions).

2. Raw material stirring: Stir the prepared raw materials evenly to enhance the overall uniform fertilizer efficiency content of the fertilizer particles.

3. Raw material granulation: The well-mixed raw materials are sent into the granulator for granulation (either a drum granulator or an extrusion granulator can be used).

4. Granule drying: The granules produced by the granulator are sent into the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the granules, increase the strength of the granules, and facilitate storage.

5. Particle cooling: If the temperature of the fertilizer particles after drying is too high, they are prone to caking. After cooling, they are easier to bag for storage and transportation.

6. Particle classification: The cooled particles are classified. The unqualified particles are crushed and re-granulated, while the qualified products are screened out.

7. Finished film: The qualified products are coated and wrapped to increase the brightness and roundness of the particles.

8. Finished product packaging: Bag the film-coated particles, that is, the finished products, and store them in a well-ventilated place.
