De-icing agent production line

De-icing agents refer to chemicals that can lower the melting temperature of ice and snow. The raw materials of common de-icing agents are readily available and inexpensive. Their main components are potassium acetate and chlorides, and they are classified based on these two types. De-icing agents melt the snow on the roads by lowering the melting temperature of ice and snow, facilitating road dredging. The effect is obvious when they are spread. 1. Batching system: It adopts a master-slave structure, connecting multiple single-chip microcomputers to form a powerful system. It can be applied to large-scale concrete batching stations, and the batching of materials can reach up to 9 to 12 types simultaneously.

2. Conveyor, each unit is composed of 8 rollers. Each unit can be used independently or multiple units can be connected for use, and the installation is convenient.

3. Drum mixer: The casing shapes include cylindrical, double conical and V-shaped. As the shape of the drum changes, the particle movement conditions inside the machine are improved, and the mixing capacity is enhanced. Depending on the material and process requirements, crushing devices, liquid addition devices or baffles can be installed inside the machine.

4. Ton bag loading machine: Intelligent control instrument, high measurement accuracy, stable performance, digital display, Chinese operation interface, more convenient and fast operation. It has functions such as automatic setting of control parameters, automatic correction of drop, over-limit alarm and self-diagnosis of faults.

5. Quantitative packaging machine: It feeds materials at high speed through a belt, avoiding breakage, squeezing, adhesion, and ensuring that the materials do not clump or have their shape damaged during packaging. The material is not easy to remain in the weighing hopper and is easy to clean.
