With the rapid development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry, a large amount of manure and sewage have been produced. The harmful elements in these manure and sewage seriously exceed the standard and are difficult to be treated by the traditional way of returning them to the fields. In response to this situation, an organic fertilizer production line has been developed, which takes the high-efficiency solid-liquid decomposition, sterilization and deodorization technology as its core and integrates the entire set of equipment and processes for fertilizer production, including high-efficiency manure decomposition and fermentation, raw material mixing, granule processing, drying and packaging.
Performance advantages:
The products produced by the organic fertilizer production line are made from fresh chicken and pig manure as raw materials, without any chemical components. Chickens and pigs have poor digestive capabilities and can only consume 25% of the nutrients in the feed, while the remaining 75% of the nutrients in the feed are excreted with the manure. As a result, the dry finished products contain nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, proteins and other components. Take livestock manure and urine as an example. The manure and urine excreted by a pig in a year, combined with bedding materials, can be fermented into 2,000 to 2,500 kilograms of high-quality organic fertilizer, which contains 11% to 12% organic matter, 0.45% nitrogen, 0.19% phosphorus pentoxide, and 0.6% potassium oxide. This is sufficient for the annual fertilizer supply of one mu of land. These organic fertilizers are rich in various nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. The content is over 6% and the organic matter content is over 35%, both exceeding the national standards.
What are the common equipment in an organic fertilizer production line?
Crushing equipment
New semi-wet material crushers – vertical crushers and horizontal crushers, with internal structures of chain type and hammer type. There is no screen. Even if the materials are fished out of the water and crushed, they will not get clogged.
2. Mixing equipment
Mixing agitators – including vertical agitators, horizontal agitators, double-shaft powerful agitators, drum agitators, etc. The internal stirring structure is divided into stirring knife type, spiral type, etc. Design an appropriate stirring structure based on the characteristics of the materials. The discharge port is designed for cylinder control and baffle control.
3. Conveying equipment
Belt conveyors – mobile belt conveyors, fixed belt conveyors, etc. Belt conveyors are indispensable economic logistics conveying equipment for forming rhythmic assembly lines. They have many characteristics such as strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy maintenance, and can be conveniently controlled by programs and operated automatically.
4. Granulation equipment
Specialized granulators for organic fertilizer – including disc granulators, new wet granulators, circular polishing machines, drum granulators, coating machines, etc. Select the appropriate granulator based on the characteristics of the raw materials.
5. Drying and cooling equipment
Rotary dryer – also known as drum dryer, bio-organic fertilizer dryer. Since the temperature during the drying of organic fertilizer should not exceed 80° C, our dryer adopts hot air drying mode.
Cooler – similar in appearance to the dryer, but different in material and performance. The main body of the dryer is made of boiler steel, and the main body of the cooler is custom-made of carbon steel plate.
6. Screening equipment
Screening machines – including drum type and vibrating type. Screening machines are classified into three-stage screening, two-stage screening, etc.
7. Coating equipment
Granular coating machine – The main machine’s appearance is similar to that of the dryer and cooler, but the internal structure is quite different. The interior of the coating machine is lined with stainless steel plates or polypropylene. The whole machine includes a powder pulverizer and an oil pump for matching purposes.
8. Automatic packaging equipment
Automatic metering and packaging machines – including screw type and direct current type, single head and double head, made of stainless steel and carbon steel, customized according to the actual needs of customers.
